College Scholarships

Mathematics Preservice Teacher Scholarship

Any student attending a Texas college or university - public or private - and who plans on student teaching during the 2012-13 school year in order to pursue teacher certification at the elementary, middle or secondary level with a specialization or teaching field in mathematics is eligible to apply. Currently the scholarship is $2000. A GPA of 3.0 overall and 3.25 in all courses that apply to the degree (or certification) is required.

Application Process for 2012-13 Scholarship

The application deadline is May 1, 2012. Winners will be notified by telephone or email in June.
